Customer satisfaction
We would like to ensure a high level of quality at all times when it comes to the services that we offer. The best way we can do this is to ask our users what they think about our place, service, facilities, food, etc.

Klinten is a member of the association Danish Conference Centres and is therefore evaluated continuously in terms of quality by organisers who book a stay at Klinten. Evaluation forms are handed out to consultants, tutors and people who hold courses at Klinten. In this way we obtain feedback quickly on whether customer satisfaction is as high as it should be or if there are things that need to be corrected. These evaluations are important to Klinten as tools to ensure that you will have a nice stay. The evaluation forms are processed and analysed by the external opinion-research institute ForeSpring. We play no part in this.
