Klinten’s analysis results provide an index figure for customer loyalty of 94.8 and a service quality index of 88 on average.

On the basis of this feedback and overall performance among 76 course facilities, Klinten was elected conference centre of the year in 2004 and 2005, and we were nominated for the award in 2008 for the fifth year running.
The customer analyses are done regularly at Klinten by the opinion-research institute ForeSpring and are a part of our membership of Danish Conference Centres.
